Una T!PA speciale
The T!PA chair was born from a simple yet meaningful idea: to create a design object capable of expressing strength and individuality through understated yet decisive lines. From the very beginning, we felt the desire to portray this product not merely as a piece of furniture, but as a symbol of personality and character. This gave rise to ‘Una T!PA Speciale’ (a special lady), our campaign dedicated to women who, with determination and authenticity, have forged their own path.
With this project, we wanted to voice real stories of entrepreneurship, creativity and courage. The women at the heart of the campaign have chosen to invest in their own dreams without compromising who they are, demonstrating that being enterprising means, above all, being true to yourself.
Through ‘Una T!PA Speciale’ we celebrate women who have chosen to follow their own road with determination. Women who transform dreams, passions and ideas into tangible projects, proving every day that change begins with the choices we make.
The first special lady we selected is Domitilla Quadrelli Leoni. We recognized all the qualities that define a ‘T!PA’ for us: an exceptional, enterprising and independent woman.
Her journey perfectly embodies the spirit of our campaign. With determination and passion, she has transformed her dreams and passions into a way of life, building an authentic and deeply personal path. It is precisely this ability to give shape to one’s own aspirations that led us to choose her as the first protagonist of our project.
2022
Continuing our story, we met Licia Fertz, known as Italy’s oldest influencer. Through her blog 'Buongiorno nonna’ (good morning grandma), Licia shares daily messages of positivity, acceptance and inner strength.
Her energy, her spontaneity and her ability to transform the passage of time into an opportunity are qualities that perfectly reflect the spirit of T!PA. Through her authenticity, she demonstrates that there is no age at which to stop being a source of inspiration and that true strength lies in facing life with enthusiasm and self-awareness.
2023
Another story we wanted to tell is that of Micaela Miljan Savoldelli, a woman who has made bold and unconventional life choices. Together with her partner and her children, she decided to leave the certainties of life in Florence to embark on a long journey of discovery around the world.
After years of traveling without a fixed abode, Micaela and her family chose to settle in Bali, where her clothing brand Ika Jane was born. Every garment in the collection is made entirely by hand by Balinese women, in full compliance with the highest sustainability standards.
2023
Getting to know Micaela and her project opened us up to new perspectives and new ways of expressing design. From this encounter, Ika Jane x Pointhouse was born, an exclusive collaboration through which we dressed our T!PA chairs with unique, original cushions.
Made from natural materials and using printing technologies that minimize fabric and water waste, the cushions are adorned with floral embroidery and fruit-inspired prints that recall the colors and spirit of Bali, bringing a touch of exotic charm into the home.
Our latest story for the campaign “T!pa Speciale” features a blogger who, following an accident that left her wheelchair-bound, discovered her true calling: travel.
Since then, she has become a writer, travel blogger and mother, without ever stopping. In fact, travelling for personal pleasure has become a real travel blogging activity to be documented on social networks. This sincere narration of everyday life and parenthood helps us understand how we can overcome boundaries and stereotypes that seemed insurmountable.
Through 'Una Tipa Speciale' project, we had the privilege of sharing her unique story and highlighting her contribution to the community. Her voice amplified the message that diversity is strength, and that the courage to embrace one's uniqueness can inspire and change the world.
