Our vision of sustainability
Sustainability is a responsibility and a shared commitment. We believe in a transparent business model, where respect for people and the environment, and supply chain traceability, guide every decision.
It means choosing materials with a lower environmental impact, improving the efficiency of our facilities and continuously rethinking our processes. There is no definitive solution: there is constant, daily work made up of day-to-day decisions. Designing objects built to stand the test of time is the first step.
The Green Hands Project
Many of our environmental initiatives begin from within the company, from our people. Green Hands is an in-house group that develops projects focused on sustainability and on strengthening ties with the local community. From this initiative, Bosket - our company woodland - was born.
Today Bosket is home to 43 trees belonging to 15 different species. As they grow, they contribute to absorbing more than 10,000 kg of CO₂ per year, offsetting a portion of the emissions generated by our facility’s activities.
Over time, it has also become a shared space for the company community. A small ecosystem growing alongside our sustainability projects.
Green Hands initiatives also include charging points for electric cars, photovoltaic panels and solutions to reduce single-use plastic across our facilities. Within Bosket, we have introduced three beehives, contributing to local biodiversity.
Social sustainability
Sustainability is also about people. Within our company, we promote a collaborative environment where the sharing of ideas and teamwork foster the growth of skills and knowledge.
We believe in the value of collaboration, both within the company and in our relationship with the local community. This is why we support local associations and organizations through cultural, social and sports initiatives.
A company’s worth is measured not only by the products it makes, but also by the relationships it builds over time.
